If you are looking for a new book for your favorite fly angler this holiday season. The Buddha would like to recommend Drawing Flies by Jeff Kennedy. I have mentioned Jeff on this site before and his 365 Drawing Flies blog project gave us some wonderful artwork. The 365 project has been fashioned a new book available in both hardcover and softcover options. The book contains an introduction by noted artist Bob White. There is a very slick on-line preview available at the Drawing Flies site. While you are in the giving spirit you still may be able to purchase wine from Stonefly Vineyards that features Jeff's artwork on the label. Even if these are sold out, go ahead and buy some wine - a percentage of all purchases support the Federation of Fly Fishers (FFF).
